JLo's Ex Husband is Trying to Sell Their Sex Tape

Jennifer Lopez split from her first husband Ojani Noa way back in 1998, but she is STILL dealing with his bullshit. Imagine having to deal with your ex for THAT long? Ugh.

For the past six years Ojani has been trying to release private videos from their 11 month marriage. His business partner says:

We are going to produce a DVD and also have a streaming release of J.Lo home video footage. There is revealing video of her with a lack of clothing and in sexual situations, especially in the hotel footage from the honeymoon.

Jennifer fought back with claims that any release of private material from their relationship would violate the confidentiality agreement that he signed when they split. But in July, she reportedly withdrew that claim (WHY? I have no clue!) So Ojani and his partners are trying to shop the tape once again.

As far as I am concerned, this is disgusting. Here is why:

  1. This is a sex crime. He's holding her 'hostage' with personal, sexually explicit video that shares moments that we as women have the right to choose who we share them with.
  2. You took a vow. Sure, you split up. But this is someone you at one point had set out to spend the rest of your life with. You loved each other. Show some respect for the private intimate moments you shared.
  3. For lack of a better word, he's a scrub. Dude, you were with her almost twenty years ago. Quit trying to profit off of a hard working woman. Get a job, move on, make your own money.

Reason #1 is what bothers me the most. Just because JLO is a public figure, doesn't mean that he or anyone else as a right to her private life. Our sexuality is just that, our own. We should be able to take intimate photo/video and express ourselves with our significant others without feeling the fear of being exposed or shamed.

I took this photo to send to my boyfriend. I'm posting it because I CHOOSE to share it with the 🌍I know this isn't a sexual photo but it's my intimate expression and it's just that - MINE! I choose not to live my life fearing that someone will shame me for that by 'exposing' me. I hope you do too ✌🏽
